Natalia Kovpinetc

Natalia Kovpinetc

HR & Digital Marketing

Natalia holds two higher-education degrees in management and finance, with experience in business valuation and commercial real estate, as well as extensive administrative experience.

Additional education includes graphic and web design, zero-code website development, and AI for business automation.

Alexander Kheylik

Alexander Kheylik

Founder
Lugano, Switzerland

Graduated from the Saint Petersburg Mining University and the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology — both with honours. Resident in Lugano, Switzerland since 1993.

Alexander is the founder and architect of Arvut. A mathematician and data engineer, he designed Arvut's real-time accounting infrastructure — a way of producing financial data that shows a company's solvency and true margin as they are today, not a quarter later. He has built the platform from the first line of code.

His key task is integration: inside the company and with the external world — and across other Arvut team initiatives based on next-generation accounting.

Note

A note on team-page ordering.

We list the team president-first, advisor-second, founder-last. This is a deliberate choice. It signals that Arvut is a governed company, not a one-person startup — and reflects how decisions are actually made here.
