One system. Two services.
Wholesale prices for fiduciaries and founders — the price of production. You set your own price for your client; we do not sell to end clients. The price of bookkeeping production is transparent and computable in advance — per mandate, with no minimum packages and no implementation fee. The back office is a second service with different economics: you set the price, we share the revenue.
Any company size. Includes: the mandate run by the Arvut team, white‑label portal, document inbox.
Covers: automated processing by the Arvut team + 10-year archive (OR 958f).
Check and signature of the closing by a qualified Swiss specialist, for a quarter or a month — in addition to the annual accounts. On request, per closing.
Statutory audit: we put you in touch with an independent auditor, who works directly with your client.
Definition: an entry = one record in the general ledger journal. A bank statement with 100 transactions = 100 entries; reversals and corrections count. A parallel book (e.g. EUR/CHF) is charged once — the derived book does not double the bill. All prices excl. VAT.
What it costs in practice.
| Mandate | Entries/year | Subscription | Volume | Total/year |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Small (practice, services) | 250 | 500 | 375 | CHF 875 |
| Medium (typical SME) | 500 | 500 | 750 | CHF 1'250 |
| Large (trade, tills) | 2'000 | 500 | 3'000 | CHF 3'500 |
A fiduciary firm with 20 mandates, 6'000 entries/year in total:
- Subscription: 20 × CHF 500 = CHF 10'000
- Entries: 6'000 × CHF 1.50 × 95% = CHF 8'550
Total: CHF 18'550 per year — around CHF 77 per mandate per month, all the bookkeeping included.
You re-bill the mandate to the end client at your own rate. The difference is your margin; we don't look into it and we don't work with your clients.
What 500 + 1.50 includes.
- General ledger entries, multi-currency (including parallel books EUR/CHF)
- Creditors and debtors: invoice capture, open items
- Invoices with QR-bill from the portal, under your brand — every invoice is one entry
- Processing of bank statements (PDF) and reconciliation to the rappen
- VAT return draft — for your review and signature
- Posting payroll from your payslips
- Document inbox: e-mail/photo → draft entry; 10-year archive (OR 958f)
- White-label portal for your clients — under your brand
- Balance sheet and profit and loss statement, drafts of the annual accounts
Back office — you set the price for your client. We share the revenue.
Same system, same client: the back office runs your client's day-to-day — under your brand.
- Debtors with reminders and debt enforcement
- Creditors with payment preparation
- Cash registers per location
- Inventory and catalogue
- Balance sheet and profit and loss every morning
- Intelligent archive for all documents
- Annual accounts checked and signed by a qualified Swiss specialist — included

New revenue from the same client.
- New revenue, not savings: per client, the back office is worth a multiple of the bookkeeping — the same client, under your name.
- The yearly rhythm of bookkeeping was a consequence of the price per entry, not of need.
- The owner sees cash, debtors and creditors today — on the phone.
- Document flow: scanner tray or photo — in the books the next morning. You stop chasing documents.
- Reminders and debt enforcement: money comes in faster, and it shows.
- Payment preparation: you earn on the payment run.
- Invoices with QR-bill from the portal, under your brand.
- 'Closed' with the signature of a Swiss specialist, the name on file.
- A back office like this used to belong to companies with a finance department. Now the workshop has one too.
CHF 1.00 per entry.
For your first three mandates: CHF 1.00 per entry for the first 12 months of each, then CHF 500/year per mandate + CHF 1.50 per entry. You start with one real mandate, in parallel with your current system — no migration.
Paid on reconciliation. At month-end the books agree to the rappen with the bank statement and with your own figures. If they do not agree through our fault, the month is not billed.
Frequent questions about the price.
What counts as one entry?
One record in the general ledger journal. A document with several lines, booked as one record, is one entry. A parallel book does not double the bill.
How is the volume discount applied?
To the actual total volume of all your mandates over the year. Bills are issued at list price; at year-end, if a threshold is reached, the difference is recalculated in your favour (credit note). Reach 5'000 entries — −5% on the whole volume; 10'000 — −10%.
Is there a minimum volume or an implementation fee?
No. CHF 500/year — for a mandate of any size; there is no software rollout on your side — so no fee for one either.
Can we re-bill at our own price?
Yes. The rate for the end client is entirely yours. Arvut does not work with your clients directly — anchored in the contract (non-poaching).
What does the pilot cost?
CHF 1.00 per entry for your first three mandates, for the first 12 months of each; then CHF 500/year per mandate + CHF 1.50 per entry. At month-end the books agree to the rappen with the bank statement and with your own figures. If they do not agree through our fault, the month is not billed.
