With a technical EBICS access we pull every bank statement automatically (camt.053) — continuously, with no manual upload.

Payments are prepared straight from the books (pain.001) and handed over to e-banking. They are signed and released by the client — we prepare, the client approves.
Every document is recognised, posted and linked to its entry — from intake to the general ledger with no intermediate step, and archived for 10 years (OR 958f).

When the books stand in real time, reporting becomes a habit rather than an annual event: the entrepreneur sees every morning how the business is really running — revenue, costs, result.
And per location: a hospitality mandate with several branches runs each point of sale as its own cost and profit centre — they see which branch carries and which costs, not at the year-end close but today.
The return too — automatically.
At period-end the VAT return is generated in the eCH-0217 format automatically from the running books — ready to file, for your review and signature. The declaration becomes a by-product; the value lies in the real time before it.

What if the bank doesn't offer EBICS?
Then the statements continue to come in via upload or e-mail. The books stay in real time — only the last metre is manual.

Do all sources have to be connected at once?
No, step by step. We start with what works immediately (e-mail, portal, Telegram) and add tills/POS and the bank as soon as the accesses are in place.
Who owns the data?
Your fiduciary firm's client. The data is hosted in Switzerland, mandates are isolated from one another, documents are kept for 10 years (OR 958f). Export at any time.
