Scope of Activities:

Providing services in the field of accounting outsourcing using Artificial Intelligence, digital documents, and data entry. Organizing machine learning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Careful selection of staff (from zero to 20-30 people - gradual growth over three years) for positions of accountants and assistants (if necessary).
• Assuming personal responsibility for the management of the hired staff.
• Training employees using special methods (know-how by Arvut).
• Management of hired staff (monitoring, motivation, creating and maintaining a positive climate, team spirit, timely payment of salaries to employees, etc.) under one's own responsibility.
• Management of production processes and ensuring the security of treated data and documents.
• Communication with companies in other countries for the joint implementation of production processes.
• Collaborating with company clients regarding timely payments according to the conditions specified in the concluded service contract.
• In the initial phase, participating in customer acquisition and connection.
• Ensuring high quality of work performed.
• Working with banks (financial flow management, financing).
• Working with partners
