Salary: CHF 100'000 - CHF 200'000 per year (gross)

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage detailed and comprehensive accounting in Switzerland in collaboration with our innovative, highly skilled engineers specializing in artificial intelligence
• Act as a cornerstone for our clients, management bodies, and tax authorities
• Supervise and optimize accounting processes, providing strategic consulting to our IT team and software developers
• Prepare quarterly VAT reports and annual tax returns with accuracy and compliance
• Closely collaborate with the IT team and developers to create personalized business intelligence solutions for clients

Required Skills:

• Excellent computer proficiency
• Fluency in one of the following languages: German, French, or Italian, and good knowledge of English
• High level of communication skills
• Strong result orientation and sense of responsibility
• Team spirit and inclination towards continuous learning
• Desire to work with the latest technological advancements and be at the cutting edge of technological progress

Additional Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience as an accountant
• 3-4 years of experience in a chief/senior accountant position
• In-depth knowledge in various areas of accounting, including payroll management, depreciation, data classification, and record-keeping
